WHO IS ELMER?

Elmer Hand is the adopted son of Sloppy the Pig. Elmer’s father Sloppy named him Elmer Hand after giving him a hand to save him from the streets. Some might say Elmer is a mysterious conspiracy theorist but he is an open book and manages to win the hearts of everyone he encounters with his ideas, theories and good looks. He wears his tinfoil hat at all times to protect himself from mind controlling evil entities and is wary of those who don’t for they might already be controlled by the enemy.
